Our farm is a leading sustainable horticulture business and social enterprise, specialising in macadamia dehusking, fruit grading, and packing services.
As an award-winning business, we are proud to incorporate sustainable farming, packing, and distribution practices into everything we do.In this role, you will lead and coach the Fruit Packing team, ensuring high standards of quality and customer service.
Your leadership will focus on providing one-on-one support to employees with disabilities, helping them achieve their employment goals.
You will also manage performance, provide constructive feedback, and ensure a safe, inclusive, and empathetic work environment.
