Job Tasks and Responsibilities The Leading Hand - CHPP Maintenance will support the Maintenance Supervisor to lead maintenance teams in the safe execution of planned and scheduled maintenance.
They will: Ensure all weekly scheduled work and shutdown work is completed to specifications, quality and scheduleEnsure safe work practices are followedCollaborate to improve asset management to achieve greater reliability of CHPP and mobile crusher assets.Skills and Experience About you: Strong organisational, verbal & written communication skillsAnalytical & critical thinking abilityHazard identification & proactive about improving safetyAdvanced computer literacySAP knowledge including PTP & MPA modulesShutdown CoordinationExperience / Qualifications: Demonstrated experience leading maintenance teamsMechanical trade experience (minimum 2 yrs)Current Standard 11, S123 & G2Current QLD Driver's licenceForklift / EWP | Confined Space Entry | Working at HeightsTAE40116 / TAE40122 Trainer / Assessor desirableNone Slew Crane (Franna) desirableBenefits Yancoal provides a range of benefits to appeal to the diverse needs of our employees.
