Electricians & Leading Hands - Commercial Electrical Work KK Electrical Contracting (KKC) is seeking Experienced Electricians & Leading Hands to join our team.
We specialize in large-scale commercial electrical installations throughout the Sunshine Coast and Brisbane regions, providing tailored electrical solutions.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a highly skilled and motivated professional to play a key role in delivering top-tier electrical projects while leading a dedicated team.
Key Responsibilities: Interpret Specifications: Accurately interpret electrical specifications and ensure strict adherence to them throughout all phases of the project.Review & Cross-Reference Construction Plans: Competently interpret detailed construction plans, specifications, and drawings, with the ability to cross-reference multiple disciplines, including electrical, mechanical, and architectural, ensuring all work is integrated seamlessly.Deck Experience & Setout: Extensive experience with deck installations.
Responsible for setout and installation of electrical services, ensuring all services are accurately covered and properly installed as per design and client requirements.Utilize Software: Proficiency in industry software is essential, including Excel for data tracking, SimPRO for project management, and Outlook for communication.
Capable of producing detailed reports, schedules, and project documentation.OH&S & Compliance: Thorough understanding and ability to enforce Occupational Health & Safety (OH&S) regulations on-site.
Ensure compliance with company policies and Australian electrical standards to maintain a safe, efficient, and legal working environment.Client & Stakeholder Management: Maintain positive working relationships with clients and stakeholders.
Ensure constant communication and updates regarding project progress, addressing concerns promptly and professionally.Leadership & Team Supervision: Lead and mentor a team of electricians, apprentices, and subcontractors.
Provide guidance on technical issues, ensure quality work, and manage workflow to meet project deadlines.Problem Solving & Decision Making: Quickly identify and resolve issues on-site, applying practical solutions and coordinating with project managers and engineers as necessary.Qualifications & Experience: Proven experience managing teams and subcontractors on large-scale electrical installations.Strong knowledge of Australian electrical standards, safety regulations, and compliance requirements.Excellent communication skills with a client-focused approach.Ability to handle multiple tasks and projects simultaneously, with strong organizational and time management skills.White Card and relevant licenses and certifications for electrical work in Australia. #J-18808-Ljbffr
