What you'll be doing As a Support Worker, you will be travelling (within your travel radius of 10 Km from home) from client to client assisting with a variety of services including:
Personal Care - Provide quality shower and grooming care.Home Cleaning – General home cleaning tasks.Meal Preparation – Prepare a fresh nutritious meal.Shopping – Escorted and unescorted shopping trips.Appointments – Assisting clients to all types of appointments.Respite – Community access, social outings, and in-home activities.Feedback – Report on client Health and Wellbeing.What's in it for you Making a difference to a person's lifeAll SCHADS award entitlementsFlexible work schedulePaid training programsWeekly recognition awardsFriendly team cultureWhat You'll Need A genuine commitment and passion for client wellbeing and health outcomes.Certificate III in Aged Care, Individual Support, or Nursing Certificate with accompanying academic transcript.Current Full Victorian Driver's License.Own a reliable, registered, and insured car.Minimum availability of 3 days Mon-Fri. Any additional days and times are welcome.A valid Police Check or NDIS Worker Screening Check.At Omni-Care, we pride ourselves on workplace/workforce diversity, without discrimination.
