About The Role: We are looking for qualified a Support Worker located around the Peninsula to provide home support to our clients to ensure they can continue to live the life they choose in their local community, including:
Providing general social support and spending quality time with clientsHelping around the home (light domestic duties)Assisting with shopping and meal preparationTransporting clients to appointments and running errandsWhy Join Us?
