With offices across the country and a significant fleet that is continuing to build in size, this company is able to offer their staff significant opportunities for growth and earnings.
At this time they are looking to hire a State Sales Manager for their Melbourne office to oversea the Victorian sales operation.
Role on offer Reporting to the National Sales Manager who themselves boasts over 20 years in the industry, your role will be to oversea the new business and relationship management teams in the Melbourne office.
You will mentor, develop and measure deliverables for a strong close knit team in the Melbourne office.
You will work with your team and customers to ensure that new fleet business opportunities are created / discovered and converted, and then that the customer relationships are robust and mutually beneficial.
This role is also responsible for: monitor and report on state sales activities back to senior management and will provide input to national sales management team conversations.
attend industry functions when required recommendation of credit applications for new facilities and subsequent annual reviews product training staff reviews compliance to inhouse systems Remuneration for this role will include: Competitive base salary and car allowance Incentive scheme worth up to 30% of your base salary Employee corporate benefits to a range of retailers and service providers Mobile phone and laptop Selection Criteria To be considered for this role you must possess the following skills and experience You have exceptional leadership qualities and you are able to nurture and develop your team and customer relationships You have the ability and experience to lead new business and account management teams You have extensive knowledge of vehicle finance products as well as fleet related products and services You have had previous experience and achievement in new business development You have previously managed or lead a team that has managed a client portfolio You are trustworthy and display impeccable moral and ethical standards.
