Field Sales Representative

Job Description:Mars Petcare Australia is home to market-leading brands such as PEDIGREE, DINE, and WHISKAS. We are seeking a passionate, vibrant, and driven Field Sales Representative to grow numeric distribution of our pet food brands in Sydney North. This is a permanent full-time position that includes a vehicle.Here at Mars Petcare, we understand the importance of your pets, and we are committed to putting both pets and pet parents at the center of everything we doKey Responsibilities:Identify opportunities for increased distribution of pet food brands by assessing market data, trends, and customer preferences.Track and manage territory revenue targets and financial performance using available data.Build numeric distribution within the territory, ensuring visibility, space, and presence in both Independent and Key Account stores.Maintain a programmed cycle of service calls to promote the company's products, campaigns, and launch new product developments.Conduct presentations for the customer's key staff, demonstrating new products and the correct use of current products and their support tools.Be part of a highly energized and passionate team, both locally and nationally.What are we looking for?Relevant degree in Commerce, Sales, or similar and relevant experience.Previous experience working with KPIs and exceeding allocated targets.Excellent interpersonal skills and demonstrated ability to build strong and influential relationships with diverse stakeholders.Proven track record of creative problem solving and delivering results.Driven, self-reliant, and resilient, able to respond and adapt to a fast-moving, swiftly changing environment.Excellent analytical skills and the ability to interpret data from a mix of data sources (Power BI, Excel, etc.).Internal applicants: This role has been graded as a B3 opportunity.
