The Opportunity: As the General Manager of Marketing and Communications, your primary focus will be on: Leadership - Inspiring, mentoring, and leading a talented team to execute a forward-thinking marketing strategy.

Strategy - Developing and implementing bold, comprehensive marketing plans that align with our client's strategic goals.
You'll influence the business at the highest level, ensuring that marketing initiatives drive growth and competitive advantage.
Innovation & WOW Factor - Pushing the boundaries of creativity and establishing a brand presence that captivates and engages audiences.
Your innovative approach will ensure the brand stands out in a competitive marketplace.
Digital & Brand - Crafting a cohesive digital and brand strategy that spans website management, social media, SEO, and digital advertising.
You'll create a powerful digital footprint that enhances brand recognition and drives customer engagement.
Customer Experience (CX) - Leading customer-focused strategies that deliver an exceptional CX.
You'll develop feedback systems and implement strategies to boost satisfaction, retention, and advocacy.
Strategic Internal & External Communications - Building and executing a robust communication strategy that strengthens relationships with both internal stakeholders and external partners.
You'll champion the brand voice across all channels, ensuring consistent and impactful messaging.
Key Responsibilities: Design and deliver a comprehensive marketing strategy that aligns with business objectives and market opportunities.
Lead brand strategy and management, ensuring the brand resonates with customers and stands apart from competitors.
Develop and implement cutting-edge digital marketing initiatives, leveraging SEO, paid media, and social media to expand brand reach.
Build customer feedback loops to continuously enhance the customer journey and ensure that every touchpoint reflects the brand's commitment to excellence.
Foster strategic partnerships with external stakeholders, including industry partners, agencies, and other service providers.
Ensure marketing budgets are managed effectively, driving a high return on investment while maximizing reach and impact.
What We Are Looking For: Extensive experience in a strategic marketing leadership role.
Proven track record in digital marketing, brand management, and customer experience (CX).
Exceptional strategic thinking skills, with the ability to turn big ideas into effective marketing initiatives.
Strong leadership skills, with experience in coaching teams to deliver best-in-class marketing and communications.
Outstanding communication skills and the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
