Border Express currently has an exciting opportunity available for an experienced and motivated Book Ins Clerk to join the team at our Sydney branch.

Duties:
Completing all administrative tasks associated with daily timeslot deliveries to ensure that all are delivered in line with customer service requirements; efficiently, accurately, on time and in full.
Ensuring Customer Service (DIFOT) targets are met.
Paperwork accuracy targets are met.
High level of communication, professionalism and customer service to be applied consistently every day.
Skills and Experience:
The ability to prioritise in order to meet deadlines and targets.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to liaise with diverse groups.
Intermediate computer skills with experience using the Microsoft Office suite.
Flexible attitude to the work environment and tasks at hand.
Transport industry preferred.
Ability to adhere to WHS and Safety Regulations.
