Mackillop Family Services Limited | Residential Case Manager Team Leader

We are seeking a passionate Team Leader Case Manager to lead and coordinate a team of Case Managers in providing exceptional care to young people in placement.
This role involves overseeing residential care, home-based care, lead tenant support, and case management services, all within a therapeutically oriented program.
As a Team Leader, you will be responsible for supervising and guiding a team of Case Managers, ensuring high-quality, trauma-informed care for clients.
You will also manage operational and administrative tasks to support effective service delivery.
The Case Manager is responsible for the provision of case management and support services to young people living in residential homes.
The Case Manager will participate in team planning with residential care workers, other case managers, other staff and volunteers.
Furthermore, they are responsible for contributing to best practice Occupational Health & Safety and positively contributing to the development of MacKillop Family Services.
This is a full-time position based in Warrnambool.

Hourly Rate based on SCHADS Award Level 6 dependent on qualification and experience.

Requirements:
Valid and Current Driver's Licence.
Valid and Current Workers With Children's Check.
Valid and Current NDIS Workers Screeners Check.
Satisfactory Criminal History Check.
A bachelor's degree in social work or equivalent, or significant work experience in a relevant field plus a qualification in Youth Work, Welfare or other related field.
Knowledge and understanding of Aboriginal culture and values and an awareness of the current issues faced by Aboriginal children, young people and their families.
