Living Support Partner - Kangaroo PointAbout the Opportunity: As one of our Personal Care Assistants (Living Support Partners) you will be part of an experienced, engaged and dedicated team that is committed to creating a welcoming, professional and caring environment for the residents of St Vincent's Care Kangaroo Point.
Our commitment is to listen to each resident, understand who each person is - a unique individual who we respect and treat with kindness and compassion. Our care workers at SVC Kangaroo Point are called Living Support Partners and will be required to assist with medication upon completing a medication competency course on-site.

Minimum Requirements:Certificate III in Individual Support/Aged Care or similar qualifications essential6 months+ experience in a similar role with residential aged care experience highly regardedMust be available to work 3 shifts a week on a PPT basisExcellent customer service and communication skillsExperience with AutumnCare (or similar software) with ability to maintain excellent recordsUnderstanding of Aged Care, resident rights/responsibilities with ability to follow the care planNational Police Certificate; NDIS Worker Screening Check will be a requirement of this role.Why become part of the St Vincent's Care family?For more than 175 years, St Vincent's Care has been a leading Catholic provider of Aged Care Services in Australia, upholding compassion, justice, integrity and excellence in all we do.
