Personal Care Worker/Living Support Partner About the Opportunity: As one of our Personal Care Assistants (Living Support Partners) , you will be part of an experienced, engaged, and dedicated team that is committed to creating a welcoming, professional, and caring environment for the residents of St Vincent's Care Corinda.
Our commitment is to listen to each resident, understand who each person is - a unique individual who we respect and treat with kindness and compassion.
Our care workers at SVC Corinda are called Living Support Partners and will be required to assist with medication upon completing a medication competency course on-site.

We are seeking people who are passionate about providing care that is sensitive to residents' individualised needs, preferences, and choices and are committed to building strong, meaningful connections with residents.
Minimum Requirements: Certificate III in Individual Support/Aged Care or similar qualifications essential.
6 months+ experience in a similar role with residential aged care experience highly regarded.
Excellent customer service and communication skills.
Experience with Autumn Care (or similar software) with the ability to maintain excellent records.
Understanding of Aged Care, resident rights/responsibilities with the ability to follow the care plan.
National Police Certificate; NDIS Worker Screening Check may be a requirement of this role.
