Contract with extension optionsForrest ACT$50.24 - $55.40 per hourAbout the OpportunityOur client is seeking a dedicated Course Coordinator (APS 4 or beginner APS 5 level equivalent) for an initial 8-month contract (ending 30 June 2025) with potential for two 12-month extension options at the discretion of the department.Skills and Abilities:Proven experience in course coordination or academic administration with a strong attention to detail.Proficiency or the ability to quickly learn LMS administration.Strong stakeholder management skills with effective verbal and written communication.Adaptability to change, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.Competency in financial management, budgeting, or procurement (desirable).Negative Vetting 1 RequiredDuties and Responsibilities:Develop and manage course schedules, aligning them with academic calendars and DAC guidelines.Act as the primary point of contact for faculty managers and facilitators, providing administrative support, preparing course materials, and assisting with classroom or online setups.Support financial processes, including tracking expenditure, processing invoices, and managing vendor payments.Perform general administrative duties such as record-keeping, correspondence management, and ensuring smooth daily operations.Undertake additional tasks to support the LOS/DAC as needed.Why work with KLC?KLC Recruitment is one of the staffing providers in a wide sector of industries providing an honest and transparent experience from start to finish.
