About the role and where you will be working:
The role focus is the delivery of safe, client centred and efficient services that produce the best quality service outcomes for our clients overall health & wellbeing.
This will be achieved through collaboration with Home Care Operations division to support, develop and grow Home Care Services.

We'll also be asking you to:
Grow Home Care services as measured in number of Home Care clients and service hours delivered.
Provide leadership and direction to ensure all clients receive high-quality care that meets or exceeds the requirements of the Aged Care Standards.
Support Senior Management with the planning, management, and delivery of strategic outcomes for SCC (WA)'s Strategic Plan and work collaboratively with employees to achieve those outcomes.
Foster and actively contribute to a culture of continual improvement and make a lasting positive impact on the organisation, its people and the community we serve.
About you:
In order to be successful in this role, you will need to have at least 5 years experience in a similar role.
You will also need a strong commitment to person centred care and be able to work both independently and within a team.
Most importantly, you'll have a genuine desire to make a positive difference in our residents' lives.
