Grab this opportunity to work with our Premium women's fashion business within a great teamWe are looking for a natural leader who is passionate about team collaboration and development, together with providing a memorable shopping experience for our customers.As Store Manager, you will oversee all aspects of store operations, ensuring profitability, staff training, great customer service and brand consistency just to name a few.Your ability to lead, coach and inspire your team will be essential to achieving further success in this fast-paced retail environment.This is a great opportunity to shape our high performing team and take ownership of our Flagship store, whilst watching your shoe collection increaseKey Responsibilities:Create an empowering team environment to deliver outstanding resultsManage day to day operations, including stock management and visual merchandisingEnsure OH&S and company policy complianceProvide an exceptional customer experience and build a loyal customer networkInitiate and implement strategies to achieve KPI's and drive improvementsRecruit team members when requiredProvide a supportive and engaging environment for the team so they enjoy coming to workWhat we ask you to bring to the role:Strong leadership and management skills including previous experience managing a team (minimum 3 years)Proven ability to engage and motivate your team to achieve KPIsA passion for retail and providing superior customer experiencesExceptional communication and organisational skillsCompetency in stock management and operational efficiencyAn abundance of energy, positivity, and an ability to build great team dynamicsAbility to work a Tuesday to Saturday roster with flexibility to alter your roster 5 times per yearAbout Us:Jo Mercer is a proudly Australian operated business since 1998 and has grown to become one of Australia's most loved footwear brands.
