In this role, you will work closely with the social media, performance, and sports marketing teams to develop and execute ambassador and paid branded content campaigns across Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.
You will be responsible for briefing and managing campaigns end-to-end, ensuring they align with our brand's goals and values.
The ideal candidate will have a good understanding of our key categories, be a skilled negotiator, and demonstrate expertise in managing large budgets.Success in this position requires a deep understanding of influencer marketing and branded content/Paid Partnership best practices, the ability to seek and act on opportunities and measure and report on campaign effectiveness.
As a key member of our small, collaborative team, we're looking for someone adaptable, ready to take on a variety of tasks, and eager to contribute to our collective success.What You'll be Doing Research and identify paid partnerships with influencers and content creators who align with Quad Lock's brand values on Instagram, TikTok, and YouTubeCollaborate with the Performance and Social Media team to brainstorm, plan, brief and execute strategic influencer-branded content to drive resultsBuild and nurture strong relationships with influencers, ensuring clear communication of terms and deliverablesWork closely with influencers to create authentic, high-quality content that aligns with Quad Lock's messaging and resonates with our audienceDirectly engage with key partners to coordinate product gifting and training; taking full ownership of the process to ensure that influencers adhere to established guidelines and use the products appropriatelyManage the end-to-end process of sending product samples to all influencers and partnersMonitor and analyse the performance of influencer-branded content campaigns, providing regular reports and insights to the wider marketing teamManage a substantial influencer marketing budget efficiently, ensuring campaigns are meeting targets for reach, engagement and delivering ROIEnsure influencer content is seamlessly integrated into the ad structure and brief the in-house creative team to develop engaging and creative content utilising influencer deliverablesProvide support across social media and related projects as neededWhat You'll Bring Previous marketing experience with a proven track record in promoted content or paid mediaExperience working with influencers and managing international partnershipsStrong knowledge of social media platforms including but not limited to Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and YoutubeProficiency in social media management software (e.g., Hootsuite, Sprout Social, Klear, Later, Meta Brands Collab Manager)Ability to analyse campaign data and apply insights to future campaignsStrong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skillsKnowledge of industry regulations and standardsExcellent project management and organisational capabilitiesHighly organised and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projectsProactive, with an innovative mindset and a willingness to experiment and challenge the status quoAbility to adapt and learn quicklyDiploma or Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related fieldThe ability to create and edit content is a plusInterest in Quad Lock's core categories (Moto, Cycle, Drive) is a plusWhat it's like to work at Quad Lock At Quad Lock our customers mean the world to us but so does our team, by joining us you'll be able to take advantage of the amazing perks we have on offer:Flexible ways of working to fit your lifestyleHealth & Wellbeing allowance to invest in your wellbeingTechnology allowance to stay connectedWeekly lunch on us to enhance your team connectionsDedicated learning & development allowance for continuous growthVolunteer Leave to support causes you're passionate about16 weeks of parental leave to support your growing familiesEmployee Assistance Program for team members and their familiesPaid Miscarriage & Pregnancy Loss Leave (Pink Elephant) supporting families during difficult timesYou'll join a highly cohesive vibrant and collaborative culture in a business where you can continue to build your skill set.
