Auzworld Migration, with over 18 years of excellence in providing expert migration services, is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Registered MARA Agent to join our professional team.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Australian immigration laws and procedures, providing expert advice and guidance to clients seeking assistance with visa applications and immigration processes.
This is an excellent opportunity for a professional who is passionate about helping individuals achieve their migration goals.
Key Duties and Responsibilities : Client Consultation Initial consultations with clients to assess their eligibility and understand their migration goals.
Provide accurate and up-to-date advice on Australian migration laws, policies, and visa options.
Visa Application Management Prepare, review, and submit visa applications on behalf of clients in compliance with MARA standards.
Ensure timely lodgement of applications and monitor their progress with the Department of Home Affairs.
Address any issues or additional information requests from authorities.
Documentation and Compliance Collect, verify, and organize supporting documents required for visa applications.
Ensure strict adherence to MARA's Code of Conduct and maintain client confidentiality.
Client Relationship Management Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates on their application status.
Offer ongoing support and guidance throughout the migration process.
Professional Development Stay updated with changes in migration legislation and regulations.
Attend relevant seminars, training, and professional development programs to enhance expertise.
Requirements : Must hold a current registration with the Migration Agents Registration Authority (MARA).
Min.
2-3 years of proven experience in managing visa applications and related processes.
In-depth knowledge of Australian migration laws and visa categories.
Preferred : Proficiency in a second language (Hindi or Punjabi).
Location : Based in Westmead, NSW.
Flexibility for remote or hybrid work arrangements may be considered.
