We are currently recruiting for Heavy Diesel Fitters, for our valued Client's machinery in the Pilbara region of Western Australia.
Utilising their purpose built service truck; you will be the responsible person for the Dry hire machinery of their Business.
The Company prides itself on quality Machinery and they will be relying on you to uphold the reliability of their machines which will be integral for the Projects they are being utilised for.
This is a varied roster role depending on client needs; however the projects in place are currently working a 2/1 days only roster.
Key Responsibilities: Responsible for the scheduling and continual maintenance of the Business' Hire machinery, including servicing, breakdowns, and diagnostics on fleets of Caterpillar, Komatsu, Hitachi, Dynapac, Isuzu, Hino and Mack equipment along with scheduled workshop repairs.
Utilising your organisational skills to ensure you are stocked with the required parts & tools to undertake work on site.
Complete scheduled repairs and maintenance of mobile equipment in a safe and efficient manner using correct manual handling techniques.
Perform diagnostics, problem solving, and fault finding accurately and in a timely manner.
Strive for continuous improvement  by identifying, interpreting and repair for reuse of any parts and accessories.
Effectively work and communicate with other team members & Clients on site to prioritise tasks and achieve deadlines.
Able to work self sufficiently, part of a team, autonomously, and conduct works in a professional manner.
Use of Dashpivot and Inspire (Maintenance Program)  Requirements :  Demonstrated experience in more than one of the following - CAT D8T Dozers, CAT 150M Graders, CAT 980M Loaders, CAT 745 Moxy Trucks, Hitachi ZX360 Excavators, Hitachi ZW370 Loaders, Dynapac CA5000D Rollers, and road registered Isuzu Watercarts, Service Trucks and Tip Trucks Prior experience in Field Service highly regarded  Australian Trade Qualification - Cert III HD Fitter.
Current Australian Driver's License - HR (Preferred) Rio Tinto Inductions are an advantage.
BHP Inductions are an advantage.
AAC02 – Automotive Air Con (Preferred) White Card 4WD Training Reliable, trustworthy, and takes pride in quality of work.
On Offer: Client provides: Purpose built Service Truck, Company Phone, Laptop, Credit card for expenses on hand and supply tooling.
12 Hour Days, perm role with timesheet system to cover variety of rosters and changes in requirements Weekly Pay Permanent, Full-Time role HD Fitters - Open to upskilling if proven background, good attitude and ready to take the next steps.
