AmpdElectronics is a specialist integrator of Audio, Vision, Lighting and Custom Electronics. We are a growing Brisbane business based in Kelvin Grove, with a varied portfolio of audio-visual projects across South East Queensland. We are looking to add professional, creative and motivated individuals to our team; who pride themselves on producing exceptional work and align with our business values – "Innovative | Meticulous | Passionate".We currently have an opening for a Technical AV Salesperson with a passion for audio-visual systems and integration. In this role you have the opportunity to build on an established base of customers, including major entertainment venues, theatres, leading hospitality venues, commercial spaces, theme parks and schools. We want you on our team if you enjoy the thrill of the sales game, if you are passionate about building long-lasting relationships with your customers, are self-motivated and get excited by delivering high-performing, technical solutions.With a CRM system full of contacts and leads, you will also have the opportunity to drive and execute our sales and marketing plans which will assist you with a fruitful transition into the role. This will include segmenting our customer base, developing targeted marketing content with the assistance of our technical team, and executing sales projects in line with our strategy.Key Responsibilities include:Develop and maintain relationships with existing and prospective clientsFollow up leads, work contacts and utilise CRM databases to drive salesMeeting with clients to understand requirements and creating detailed designs and proposals of working integrated systemsSeek out specifications and tenders, review viability, respond with detailed and documented responsesDrive projects in line with our existing sales and marketing strategiesDesigning and documenting detailed integrated systemsMaintain accurate information on leads, opportunities, and schedules via our CRM systemAbout YouGood knowledge of audio-visual integrations systemsMinimum 2 years working experience in the audio-visual industrySome experience in designing complete working systems and upgrading of existing systemsExperience with AutoCAD – and drawing documentation to support sales & operations an advantageIndustry qualifications such as CTS-D, BISCI etc will be highly consideredExperience in B2B sales across the audio-visual integrator marketHave the ability to present proposals to end clients and explain technical solutions to clients of all technical levelsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsExcellent track record with detailed record keeping of sales activities in CRMAbility to prioritise your own workload and work as part of a teamOngoing opportunities for up-skilling and professional developmentCompetitive salary (commensurate with skills and experience) plus super and laptopAfter probation period, access to quarterly bonuses via our sales incentive planWorking in a smaller business, a young and fun team, you can make this role your own and grow professionally and personally
