You will have an extensive demonstrated commitment to customer satisfaction, accountability, ownership and unwavering customer focus. Ideally you are Canberra based, but we would consider someone from Sydney also.What you'll doAct as a Leader and Mentor to the Team, but still be hands onComplete, write, review & approve proposals, system design and other technical documentation as required for infrastructure projects against ICT infrastructure architecture standards.Ensure customer and Digital61 standards are always followed by the teamEncourages open and effective communication within the teamCollaborates with other teams (both internal and external) to achieve business resultsWho Are youYou will be an experienced architect with 5-10 years of architecture experience including Azure and Cloud migrations in system integration environments.The following skills will be imperative to your success:Experience in leading technical strategy and delivery including executive briefingsExperience developing reusable IP and collateralExperience in developing effort estimates for the services required to deliver the agreed business project outcomeExperience in working within or delivering offerings that align with, traditional and agile Project Management FrameworksProven experience in Innovation leadershipExperience in strategic planning and implementation of solution architecture initiatives to align with business objectives and strategic capability planningExperience in providing solution architecture, design authority and quality assurance services to the project services team during project deliveryExperience in team leadershipEssential Technical KnowledgeDeep Azure services architecture and design experience min 5 + yearsA breadth of knowledge of ICT systems or technology areas and how they relate and inter-operate as well as emerging trends.Knowledge of architecture frameworks and how they can be utilised to deliver strategic planning and implementation of solution architecture initiatives to align with business objectives and strategic capability enhancement directivesAbility to deliver architecture roadmaps, refresh plans, strategies, options papers, standards and processesAbility to architect and design technologies they have a detailed level working knowledge of as well as develop organisation-wide standards for others to followStrong in Pre-Sales & Technical writingTechnical experience in designing and deploying large scale infrastructure underpinning business critical applications for Cloud and ideally on premDeep experience in On Prem to Cloud migrations, planning, documenting and transforming casesWhat We OfferDiverse and dynamic teams with a supportive and inclusive culture.Flexible hours and a hybrid working environment.Offices in Canberra and new offices just opened in SydneyA commitment to People & Culture and new team to drive initiatives like Employee Value PropositionCompetitive salary and performance-based incentives.Close to public transportThe chance to work with a talented and dedicated team.Involvement in exciting projects with leading-edge technology.
