Assistant Manager - Norah Head Holiday Park About the role
Norah Head Holiday Park is seeking an experienced Assistant Manager to join our team in Norah Head NSW 2263.
This is a full-time role that will play a key part in overseeing the day-to-day operations of our hospitality business.

What you'll be doing
Assisting the Park Manager in leading and motivating the team to deliver exceptional customer service Overseeing staff training and development to ensure efficient and effective operations Monitoring inventory and implementing cost control measures Troubleshooting issues and resolving customer complaints in a professional and timely manner Ensuring compliance with all relevant health, safety and licensing regulations Supporting the strategic planning and implementation of new initiatives to drive business growth On Call 7 days per fortnight What we're looking for
Substantial experience in a similar assistant management or supervisory role within the hospitality industry Excellent communication, interpersonal and customer service skills Strong leadership abilities and the capacity to motivate and develop a team Sound financial management skills and experience in inventory and cost control Familiarity with relevant health, safety and licensing regulations A passion for the hospitality industry and a commitment to delivering outstanding guest experiences What we offer
