Assistant Manager - Norah Head Holiday ParkAbout the roleNorah Head Holiday Park is seeking an experienced Assistant Manager to join our team in Norah Head NSW 2263.
This is a full-time role that will play a key part in overseeing the day-to-day operations of our hospitality business.
What you'll be doing Assisting the Park Manager in leading and motivating the team to deliver exceptional customer serviceOverseeing staff training and development to ensure efficient and effective operationsMonitoring inventory and implementing cost control measuresTroubleshooting issues and resolving customer complaints in a professional and timely mannerEnsuring compliance with all relevant health, safety and licensing regulationsSupporting the strategic planning and implementation of new initiatives to drive business growthOn Call 7 days per fortnightWhat we're looking for Substantial experience in a similar assistant management or supervisory role within the hospitality industryExcellent communication, interpersonal and customer service skillsStrong leadership abilities and the capacity to motivate and develop a teamSound financial management skills and experience in inventory and cost controlFamiliarity with relevant health, safety and licensing regulationsA passion for the hospitality industry and a commitment to delivering outstanding guest experiencesWhat we offerAt Norah Head Holiday Park, we are committed to supporting our employees' professional and personal growth.
