Our client has won multiple industry awards over the years, and they have a strong development pipeline, meaning that this is a secure and long-term role.The roleA position has been created for an Assistant Development Manager to join the team.
This role will see you working on two residential mixed-use projects in the Sydney metropolitan area.
Key responsibilities will include:Conduct Research on general Local Sales & Development CostsWork with Development Managers to Appoint Consultant TeamsPrepare & Manage Feasibility Analysis for New AcquisitionsAssist Marketing, Sales & Design Lead to Deliver Marketing MaterialAssist Development Managers with Monthly Reporting RequirementsSkills & experienceTo be considered for this role, it is essential that you have current experience as an Assistant Development Manager on residential apartment projects.
Other key requirements include:Strong Communication Skills, Ability to Engage & Influence stakeholdersTertiary Qualifications in Property, Construction or EquivalentTake Direction and Complete Tasks assigned to DeadlinesFull lifecycle Development Experience with Ability to Problem SolveThe Ability to Generate & Present Accurate Reports to ManagementPlease email your CV to or call for a confidential discussion.All applications will be held in the strictest of confidence.
