What you'll do:
Coordinate administrative business and support functions of the team in an accurate, compliant and timely manner, including team meetings, events and travel.
Provide accurate and timely program/project support by maintaining relevant information systems to ensure timely processing of purchase orders, invoices, budget reconciliations and support for vendor management.
Monitor, administer and triage information from relevant portals, shared team inbox, MS Teams and other systems.
Assist with operational day to day requirements to ensure compliance with requirements of policy and procedure, legislation and technical and government guidelines.
Manage and track team's input to external developments, proposals and stakeholders to ensure deadlines are met.
Support in the collation and development of internal and external reports, papers and presentations.
Support with data management, project management tools, databases, dashboards and record keeping.
What we are looking for:
Certificate III or IV in Business Administration or equivalent experience.
Demonstrated experience in coordination of Projects/Programs/Events.
Demonstrated experience in record management, scheduling and coordinating training.
Demonstrated ability and experience in working effectively in a multi-disciplinary team environment.
Structured and organised approach in administering information and documentation.
Demonstrated proficiency in the use of record keeping systems and MS Office.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to support various staff members.
