Their experienced team of interior designers and stylists curate homes that are well-planned, beautifully crafted, and unique to their clients.
Right now, they're looking for a self-confident individual with a strong grounding in concept design, design development, design detail, and people leadership to join the team as their Senior Interior Designer/Project Lead.
Who are you?You'll have 7+ years of experience as a Senior Interior Designer in luxury residential design.

On a day-to-day basis, you'll:
Lead client meetings to understand their vision and deliver concepts that match.Oversee projects from conception to completion, creating and owning conceptual direction.Collaborate within a team and oversee Revit documentation drawings.Deliver projects balancing design brief, budget, and client expectations.Manage project priorities and solutions efficiently.Liaise consistently between projects, trades, and clients.Mentor team members and prepare improvements to working systems.Demonstrate interest in how AI can assist the interior design process.Your days will be full of variety and stimulation Why would you?Be part of a dynamic, fast-paced studio with innovative opportunities.Work on amazing luxury residential projects.Enjoy autonomy with mentoring from leadership.Flexible working options and additional annual leave.Celebrate team successes with social events.Sound interesting?
