Head of Programs Partnerships and Impact WorkVentures is a leading Australian social enterprise that champions digital inclusion and cybersecurity solutions for the not-for-profit (NFP) sector.

We are seeking a strategic leader with a passion for social impact, capable of developing sustainable programs and building lasting partnerships.
This exciting and dynamic role offers the chance to lead programs that make a real difference in the lives of disadvantaged Australians.

The Role: As the Head of Programs, Partnerships & Social Impact, you will take charge of expanding WorkVentures' digital inclusion and cybersecurity services.
You'll drive innovation, secure funding, and ensure our programs align with WorkVentures' mission and business goals.
This role demands an individual who thrives in managing diverse responsibilities—from business growth to advocacy and social impact measurement.

Key Responsibilities: Lead the development and scaling of digital inclusion and NFP cybersecurity services.
Innovate in product development to generate revenue and deliver measurable social impact.
Build and manage strategic relationships with corporate, government, and NFP partners.
Oversee the Contact Centre and ensure excellence in customer support, technology assistance, and digital literacy coaching.
Secure grants, corporate sponsorships, and donations to fund our impactful programs.
Drive advocacy efforts, positioning WorkVentures as a leader in digital inclusion and cybersecurity within the NFP sector.
Lead impact measurement and reporting, providing evidence-based insights to stakeholders.
Contribute to the strategic direction of WorkVentures as part of the leadership team.
What We're Looking For: Visionary leadership with the ability to inspire and drive teams toward social impact and financial sustainability.
Decisive and results-oriented, with experience leading successful programs and partnerships in fast-paced environments.
Innovative thinker who can identify opportunities for growth and transform them into sustainable programs.
Strong relationship-building skills, adept at working with diverse stakeholders, from corporate sponsors to government entities.
A passion for making a difference in the community through technology and social innovation.
Qualifications and Experience: A degree in Business, IT Management, Social Impact, or a related field.
A minimum of 5 years' experience in developing new products or services in a commercial environment.
Proven experience in grant writing, project management, and developing corporate sponsorships.
Strong leadership background, with experience in social enterprise, digital inclusion, or cybersecurity programs.
Experience with advocacy and coalition-building within the NFP sector is highly desirable.
