If you're passionate about delivering high impact, high value campaigns and partnerships that transform the retail landscape we want to hear from youAs the Head of Brand Partnerships, you'll be at the heart of our growth strategy, playing a pivotal role in driving new business growth and high value customer experiences. Reporting directly to the Managing Director, you'll be working hand-in-hand with our international sales, operations and marketing teams to deliver value for our partners within our ARTISAN DC platform.Ignite powerful partnerships and close deals:Identify, nurture and close exciting new partnership opportunities for long term strategic alignment.Develop and execute unforgettable brand activations across our network of direct selling shows and events, making our platform the go-to for cutting-edge brands.Brand management and partner operations:Understand each brand partner's needs to develop remarkable campaigns and large scale activations. Develop highly effective proposals that exceed client expectations.Provide personalised solutions and guidance to clients, in person or remotely to ensure their events are planned and delivered to meet expectations.Serve as the go-to person for client needs, work closely with the selling and operations teams to ensure a seamless experience for clients, balancing creativity and logistical efficiency.Dive deep into customer experience insights to fine-tune our marketing approach, responding to evolving trends and exceeding guest expectation at every opportunity.Oversee Partner Event Coordination and Logistics:Ensure all aspects of event planning and execution are carried out efficiently, meeting the highest standards of quality.Inspire and lead our talented marketing team to deliver exceptional results, while building a cohesive brand story for the partner channel.
