We offer unique benefits which includes specialised learning and development programs, a good health and wellbeing program, paid parental leave for primary and secondary carers and flexible work, novated leasing and discounts with hundreds of retailers.Who we're looking for:Based on a DTMR project in RockhamptonBe part of a high performing team and work alongside the industry's top performers to contribute to a significant road upgrade within a highly trafficked environmentLong-term employment opportunityThe key objective for the Stakeholder Engagement and Communications Manager role is to hold responsibility for communications activities and oversee the communications and stakeholder engagement strategy for this project.Other duties and responsibilities include:Interaction with internal and external stakeholders and the general publicManaging community concerns and providing feedback to the Project Manager.Represent BMD within the community context.Understanding the community context in which the project is operating, whilst raising awareness of these issues within project team.Understand and comply with DTMR communication, processes, branding and style guides requirementsIdentifying community impacts from the project and implementing controls.The successful candidate will be a self-starter with:Tertiary qualification in marketing, public relations, media relations communications or businessAt least 5 years demonstrated stakeholder management experience within the Australian construction sector ($100M + DTMR Highly Desired)Experience in or understanding of stakeholder requirements in achieving Infrastructure Sustainability Council Project RatingsExperience in working in a team, and managing communications, stakeholder engagement and related issues on a major infrastructure project or projectsDue to the high volume of applications and enquiries, we are only able to respond to shortlisted candidates.BMD Constructions is seeking a talented Communications & Stakeholder Manager to join our team delivering a major infrastructure upgrade in Rockhampton.
