We are looking for Full-Time and Part-Time supervisors with leadership experience for the Hawthorn Warehouse.
What's involved: Set an example of best service and support the team to deliver friendly and helpful advice to customers Coach the team on the right service behaviours Assist with inducting and training the team Ensure that merchandising standards fit with business requirements Coordinate stock Who we're looking for: Our ideal candidate will share a genuine passion for retail and customer service and be complimentary to the store leadership team.
You will have previous experience supervising a team in a fast-paced environment, have open communication and a genuine interest in coaching and developing others.
This role is a great opportunity for an aspiring retail leader to grow their leadership career in a supportive team environment.
You'll need: Ability to coach and support others, providing feedback and getting the best out of a team An ability to achieve results and standards by working with your team Be approachable and confident when interacting with customers Have an eagerness to learn about new products To be on your feet assisting with customers across a wide range of retail hours Our customers are important to us.
Bunnings trade 7 days a week, opening early and closing late on weekdays and on weekends.
To provide the best experience you will be required to work a variety of different shifts during the week.
