Then we would like to hear from youAbout the role:NHP's Customer Service team are at the forefront of our business and provide first class support to our customers, both internally and externally.
This role is integral in helping us build relationships with customers.
Please note – this is not a call centre role.
In this fast paced role, you will: Providing technical support & customer service to NHP customer base of commercial clientsHandle technical phone/email enquiriesWork with Omni Channel platform processing inbound inquiries – orders, returns, queries, services & general itemsLiase with internal stakeholders to achieve desired outcomesMaintain records & documents relating to customer activity Contribute to continuous improvementEnsure the prompt resolution of customer enquiries and meeting of team KPIsLocated in Brisbane, QLD with free onsite parking, and a culture built around team spirit and enjoyment, it is hard to find a better place to work.
