Business/Systems Analysts

Location: South Brisbane Type: Permanent Job #17132 Salary: A$120.00 Overview Our commercial client is looking for a Business Systems Analyst to support complex system migration projects, BI reporting, inventory analysis initiatives, and business process improvement.
This role will collaborate with the IT team and stakeholders to ensure effective communication and successful project outcomes, utilising technical expertise in Pronto Xi.

Responsibilities Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Pronto Xi modules (AP, AR, Inventory, etc.).
Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and provide Level 2/3 support.
Extract and import bulk data; understand system processes.
Analyse ERP data to provide insights and support decision-making on inventory and financials.
Develop and maintain BI reports; monitor data quality and integrity.
Coordinate with internal stakeholders to align project goals.
Update stakeholders on project progress and risks; collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Gather and document stakeholder needs for Pronto Xi projects.
Create and maintain documentation for training and processes.
Skills and Capabilities 5+ years in the construction/building industry or related sector.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is desirable.
Experience in system migration projects or prior exposure to various modules in Pronto Xi would be desirable.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Detail-oriented with effective coordination abilities.
Ability to travel to remote locations for system migrations.
