Position Overview: We are seeking a Service Coordinator to oversee and manage the day-to-day service and installation operations.
In this hands-on, fast-paced role, you'll be coordinating schedules, handling customer communications, and ensuring our service teams are equipped to deliver quality work on time.
This diverse role offers plenty of variety, where no two days are the same, as you play a pivotal part in maintaining our exceptional service standards.
Key Responsibilities: Proactively manage customer inquiries via phone and email, ensuring prompt and clear communication.
Coordinate daily schedules for service and installation teams, addressing any scheduling conflicts or material needs.
Monitor job progress using tools like ServiceM8 , ensuring timely completion of tasks.
Assist with drafting quotations, letters, and handling invoicing.
Oversee parts/material availability for scheduled jobs, ensuring the smooth operation of installations and service.
Provide general administrative support, including document filing and archiving.
Maintain clear communication with teams and customers to ensure expectations are met.
Benefits: Competitive Salary : $65K-$80K + Super (negotiable based on experience).
Permanent Full-Time Role : Monday to Friday (no weekend work).

Candidate Requirements: Proven experience in service coordination , administration, customer service, and invoicing.
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.

Strong communication skills with a professional demeanour.
A passion for delivering excellent customer service and operational efficiency.
