About the role We currently need an experienced property manager for this Senior Property Manager role.
You will be managing a portfolio of around 210 properties, with the help of a full-time assistant property manager.
This role requires a minimum of 2 years of experience, along with the ability to learn quickly with the right attitude and attention to detail.
Your main responsibilities will include:
Final bond inspectionsLiaising with tradesForging relationships with all stakeholders, including Owners and TenantsBenefits and perks Fully supported by Management and AdministrationNo after-hours calls, no emergency take-home phoneNo trust accounting, no PCR's, and no leasingTake home company car + fuelFriendly work environmentSupportive working environment with systems and technology to ensure a productive smooth workflowSocial eventsDay off on your birthdaySkills and experience Current property management registrationOutstanding presentation and communication skillsProactive, motivated approach with a strong work ethic & customer focusExperience with Property Tree and Inspect Real EstateFull 'C' class driving licenseSeize this amazing opportunity to advance your career in real estate
