The RoleWe are seeking a motivated individual to join our team as an Assistant Property Manager.
You will support our current property managers with admin and field tasks, and we will provide comprehensive training on conducting home opens, leasing, and maintenance management.
As our company is rapidly expanding, there is potential for you to advance to a property manager role once you are proficient.
The DutiesThe duties will include, but are not limited to:
Administrative and field supportOpen homes and property leasingApplication processingTradespeople/Maintenance coordinationFile/Key collections/drop offOccasional holiday cover for Property ManagersEstablish excellent relationships with landlords and tenantsThe CandidateThe candidate must have:
Certificate of Registration - Property ManagementA valid driver's licence and own a reliable carA passion for exceeding expectations in customer serviceVery strong written and verbal communication skillsGreat work ethic, self-motivated, and kindExceptional attention to detail and the ability to prioritise tasksA willingness to get the job done and a "can-do" attitudeFull Australian working rightsThe OfferThe offer includes:
