The teams are spread across Australia and the Philippines, with an opportunity to further diversify into other countries.What you'll be responsible forProvide ongoing training, support, and coaching to help customer support teams achieve their goals and objectives.Manage Customer Support Technology.Identify and implement technology to optimize processes and collaboration for customer-facing teams to deliver high levels of support.Enable Customer Support Teams.Collect and analyze customer data to optimize workflows, operating procedures, and resources to enable support teams.Skills you'll needWorks with others by being open, clear in communication, and listening to achieve goals.Compares and ranks the relative importance and/or urgency of different tasks to identify the best order of actions.Problem solving: Identifies problems and develops logical solutions that address the problems.Meet the teamThe ANZ Customer Experience Team is responsible for delivering seamless experiences for our customers through policy creation, product launches, automations, and strategic initiatives.
