With over 60% of your time spent in the field, you will drive scientific dialogue providing valuable scientific and clinical insights through face-to-face and virtual interactions. You'll be part of a cross-functional team, building relationships with the top experts in the field while making a meaningful impact on patient outcomes. This role can be based in Melbourne or Sydney and reports to the National MSL Lead.Key Responsibilities:Engage with healthcare stakeholders to facilitate scientific discussions and enhance medical knowledgeCommunicate clinical value, outcomes, and economic data to stakeholdersProvide field observations and insights to internal teamsSupport speaker training and ensure they are informed of the latest clinical dataCollaborate on Amgen-sponsored research and support investigator-led studiesLead and support congress activities aligned with strategic objectivesMaintain clinical expertise through continuous training and developmentMentor new hires and support international MSLsQualifications and Experience:Minimum of 1 year of experience in an MSL role is essentialMedical/scientific experience in Haematology is strongly preferredExperience in solid tumours, thoracic, or gastroenterology areas will also be consideredAdvanced degree (MD, PharmD, PhD, DO) essential, or equivalent experienceAbility and willingness to travel nationally as requiredStrong understanding of the clinical and hospital environments within Australia's healthcare system, particularly in HaematologyExperience in clinical study management/execution is a plusValid driver's license, residency and permission to work in Australia is essentialThrive - What you can expect of usAs we work to develop treatments that take care of others, so we work to care for our teammates' professional and personal growth and well-being.A diverse and inclusive community of belonging, where teammates are empowered to bring ideas to the table and actVast opportunities to learnGenerous Total Rewards Plan—comprising health, finance and wealth, work/life balance, and career benefitsIf this sounds like the opportunity for you – please apply nowApplications Close: Friday 25th October 2024, but candidates are encouraged to apply ASAP.
