Let us know your career goals and we'll work with you to achieve them.This is a full-time position with set hours working 8.45am and 5.15pm Monday to Friday.About youYou are…Looking for a refreshing change and eager to get your foot in the door of the banking industry or wanting to build on your current experience.Someone who can build great relationships with both internal and external customers.Driven to provide an exceptional customer experience.Passionate about customer service.Focused, with an eye for detail and a strong ability to build positive and collaborative relationships with Members and colleagues.A team player, wanting to be part of an energetic group.Ambitious and ready to grasp career development opportunities.Experienced in cash handling.Confident, disciplined and hardworking, you strive to meet and exceed service and sales KPIs.Proficient in Microsoft Suite.If you have a background in the Australian financial services, health insurance or general insurance sectors – even better
