Job Title: Accounts Payable Assistant (Temporary, Full-Time) Location: Silverwater, Sydney Duration: ASAP to 19th December 2024 (Possible Extension to Mid-Jan 2025) Hourly Rate: $37/hr + Super We're seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Accounts Payable Assistant to join a dynamic team starting immediately.
This temporary role offers the opportunity to contribute to a fast-paced environment, working with a friendly, supportive team.

Key Responsibilities: Process high-volume invoices (PO & non-PO) in SAP – aiming for 100 per day.
Perform statement reconciliations and assist with vendor inquiries via group mailbox and phone.
Manage vendor invoices received through the Kofax scanning solution , troubleshooting any issues.
Assist with Excel data entry and support day-to-day accounts payable functions.
Work closely with internal teams, including receiving training and ongoing support.
What You Bring: At least 1 year of experience in accounts payable (ideal, but not essential).
Strong knowledge of SAP .
Proficiency in Excel and working with data.
Enthusiasm, attention to detail, and the ability to pick up tasks quickly.
Additional Information: Monday to Friday : Flexible hours – 8am-4pm, 8:30am-4:30pm, or 9am-5pm.
