You will be responsible for supporting the AP/AP functions of the finance team, data entry and other generic administrative duties.Key RequirementsInvoice entry and monitoring purchasing processesBe the first point of call for all financial stakeholders include external subcontractors, suppliers, clients, and other members of staffUphold a high level of accuracy throughout data entry tasksMaintain subcontractor and supplier documentationAssist in accounts payable and receivable processesWorking closely with peersAssist with other office related dutiesOpportunities to learn the fundamentals of financeClear growth and advancement opportunitiesOngoing mentorship from all levels of the businessWorking in an environment that allows employees to maximise their potentialAbout YouYou are a self-motivated individual who is interested in the construction industry.
