About the Client:Rio Tinto operates the world's largest integrated portfolio of iron ore assets.
These assets include a world-class, integrated network of 15 iron ore mines, four port facilities, a 1,700-kilometre rail network, and related infrastructure.
Rio Tinto is expanding operations in the Pilbara to epic proportions while introducing next-generation technologies to deliver greater efficiency, lower production costs, and improved health, safety, and environmental performance.
About the Role:WorkPac is currently in search of a Reliability Engineer to join our esteemed client's team based in Karratha.
This position is for a 12 month duration, on a 5:2, 4:3 FIFO roster from Perth.
Duties and Responsibilities:Manage the Defects Elimination process for civil and track assets.Improve Mean Time Between Failures (MTBF) and Mean Time To Recovery (MTTR).Conduct reliability analysis and provide strategic recommendations.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to promote defect elimination.Uphold Rio Tinto's values in all interactions.Analyze data from SAP, RAMSYS, and CAMBIO for reliability insights.Support the development of Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM) strategies.Skills and Experience:Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Civil or Mechanical).Relevant experience in heavy haul rail and railway civil and track standards.Knowledge of Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM) and maintenance strategy development.Familiarity with Failure-Mode-Effect-Criticality-Analysis (FMECA).Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and asset management principles.How to Apply:Click on the Apply button or for more information please contact:
