We are looking for an HSE Trainer Assessor to join our site team working on a billion dollar gold expansion project.
Roster: 2:1
Your Key Responsibilities Deliver onsite training and induction sessionsIdentify and assess future and current training needs, through job analysis, in consultation with line managersMaintain accurate records of training progress and assessment outcomesProvide accurate and timely training compliance reports, information, and support as requiredSupport the implementation of approved training and development initiativesSupport training and assessment activities as requiredWhat You 'Can Do' Certificate IV Training and AssessmentDemonstrated experience in a similar position, within the construction or resources industriesAbility to demonstrate strong relationship building and networking skillsStrong verbal and written communication skillsProven track record in managing training compliance in medium to large organisationsProficient with modern IT applications including Microsoft Excel, Word, and OutlookExperience developing and managing training needs analysisWhat We 'Can Do' for You: Competitive CompensationContemporary RosteringHealth and Wellbeing SupportBenefits & DiscountsEmployee Referral RewardsIf you're looking for a career where you experience more 'Can Do', then we're the team for you.
