Apply now Job no: 979343 Work type: Maximum Term Contract, Part time Location: Melbourne Categories: Sales Are you ready to lead a high-performing sales team and drive revenue growth in the dynamic broadcast and digital media landscape?Join Seven Network as a Group Business Manager (Direct & Indies) on a 12-month max term contract, to lead a high-performing sales team across Broadcast TV & Digital.The OpportunityThe Group Business Manager is the "custodian" of the client relationship – the one contact that is across all activities and ensures consistency of approach and shared learnings.Stepping into this role initially on a 12-month basis, you'll be responsible for leading a multi-platform sales team and formulating and implementing cross platform strategies and communications to meet multiplatform revenue, yield goals and market share.
The Group Business Manager is a key role in developing and maintaining strong business partnerships with the top clients and agencies in Sydney while enhancing the brands within Seven West Media across Linear TV, Print and Digital platforms.What You'll Be Doing:Portfolio management across a client portfolio of direct and independent agency clients with retention and growth of key KPIs.Development and execution of the sales business plan and strategies for your portfolio.Day to day management of a trading and sales group whilst working closely with specialist units across the business.Share learnings across national sales teams around trends, innovations, and issues that are impacting agencies and clients.Drive a team culture of collaboration across business units to deliver high results and effective performance.Build strong, senior level business relationships with media agencies and advertisers to deliver best in class service underpinned by depth of knowledge and open relationships.Be proactive in sourcing opportunities to address short and long term revenue needs.Accurate revenue tracking, planning and reporting.Responsible for setting group budget and ensuring team goals are achieved.About You:You are an experienced Group Business Manager with exceptional skills in building strong client relationships, leading teams effectively, and driving innovative solutions.
