We're seeking a positive and professional individual to join the Canberra team as a Client Services Officer to support our team during a parental leave period.
What will your typical week look like? Take charge of diverse administrative tasks, from lodging tax returns to managing ATO correspondence and preparing financial packages.Dive into the world of client data management, ensuring accuracy in reports like timesheets, billings, and expenses.Attend to ASIC requirements, along with new entity establishments.Be responsible for invoicing and WIP management while effectively communicating with advisors, partners, and corporate staff, delivering exceptional client service.Communicate with advisors, partners, and staff to ensure exceptional service delivery to support them in servicing client requests.Maintain a positive and proactive attitude, working collaboratively with team members to achieve shared goals. You are someone with.....
Demonstrated experience in client services or a similar customer-focused role.Excellent time management, communication, and organisational skills.Team player with a positive attitude, attention to detail, and willingness to learn and develop.Proficient in Microsoft Suite including Outlook, Teams, Word, and Excel.
