This encompasses various aspects such as underground and overhead high voltage transmission systems, substations and switchyards, diesel and gas-fired turbines, wind farms, battery storage systems, and mining process plants.
We have established strong partnerships with Australia's leading transmission network providers, suppliers of wind, gas, and diesel generation equipment, as well as prominent mining companies.
Role: RJE Global is seeking an experienced WHSE Regional Manager to join our Safety team.
Reporting to the WHS Manager, you will support WHSE operations across multiple project sites by regularly visiting these sites to oversee, review, and enhance safety practices and awareness.
Ensure the project site safety team and supervisors are meeting the company's WHSE procedural and regulatory obligations.
Your key responsibilities will include: Leading and supporting site safety teams in delivering work health and safety operations, training, incident management, and client reporting.Reviewing, improving, implementing, and enforcing WHS management procedures.Providing expert advice and assistance on WHS matters.Liaising with internal teams, clients, suppliers, and external representatives to ensure compliance with safety standards.Required: Minimum WHS qualification; Certificate 4 in WHSProvide First Aid & CPR QualificationDrug & Alcohol Collector TrainingProficient in Microsoft Office SuiteStrong understanding of WHSE documentation used in construction projectsDemonstrated organisational skills and ability to work to tight schedulesAbility to work both independently and as part of a teamMethodical, accurate, and detail-oriented work approachConstruction White CardDriver LicenceAdvantageous: Diploma in WHSCert IV in Training & AssessingICAM Lead Investigator Training or equivalentExperience working on heavy industrial construction sites and in remote locationsExcellent verbal and written communication skillsAbility to liaise with all levels of the companyPrevious FIFO WHSE Advisor experience within the construction industryIf you are ready to take the next step in your WHSE Management career with RJE Global, we encourage you to apply.
