What this job involves We have an exciting opportunity for an Analyst to join our Metropolitan Sales & Investments team
In this varied and busy role, you'll be responsible for assisting the team in day-to-day operations.
This full-time role will suit a tertiary student currently studying a property-related degree and looking to position themselves long-term within the commercial property industry.
A snapshot of the role:
Developing and maintaining data with exposure to different areas of the property industry and will work closely with the business gaining invaluable hands-on experience relevant to property qualificationsPrepare marketing submissions, presentations and proposalsFinancial modelling and auditingResearch and track local sales and leasing resultsData uploads and maintenance into company databasesProvide support to our Research team with regular reporting and dataData analysis and reporting using Excel and SalesforceSound like you?
