Contracts Administrator – Main Building Contractor Client Description:
Our client is a highly regarded main building contractor with a long-standing reputation for delivering prestigious and complex construction projects across Australia.
With a focus on Commercial, Education, Industrial, Health Care, Aged Care, Leisure/Aquatic, Retail, and Government/Community sectors, the company is known for consistently producing outstanding results on challenging projects.

Due to recent project wins, they are seeking a skilled Mid-Level Contracts Administrator to join their team, contributing to the successful delivery of high-profile and complex construction projects.
Role Responsibilities:
Assist in preparing subcontractor procurement schedules, scopes, and packages Support design management and coordination with consultants Contribute to procurement, subcontract negotiations, and contract finalisation Track and manage project expenditure, including subcontractor claims and variations Assist with progress claims and manage RFIs with stakeholders Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget Role Requirements:
3-5 years of experience working on Commercial, Education, Industrial, Health Care, Aged Care, Leisure/Aquatic, Retail, or Government/Community projects or similar Proven experience on projects valued $5M – $50M+ (ideal but not a must have) Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail Effective communication and negotiation abilities Experience liaising with subcontractors and managing contract agreements What's in it for you:
