Leafy grounds, trendy retailers, and surrounded by the lively buzz of this inner city precinct makes the location of this role sure to impress.The Role:Responsible for hands-on management in the coordination of the assigned residential building's security, safety, compliance, and maintenance programs.
Specific emphasis on: Daily controls on common area presentationOnsite building maintenance particularly the common area facilitiesAsset and infrastructure managementDirection of contractorsQuotes and invoice movement in relation to the Body Corporate and LivKeyMove in co-ordination of owners and rental tenantsMaintenance of a key register and daily logPlant and equipment maintenanceManagement of operational warranties, compliance, and contractors for fire, electricity, lift security, pool, rubbish, common area cleaning, and landscaping programsManagement of Caretaking requirements as appointed by the Body CorporatePreparation of reports for Body Corporate meetingsCo-ordination of owner and tenant move-in and move-out logisticsConduct regular daily site inspectionsConduct cleaning as necessaryAssist in managing cleaning, rubbish, and equipment programs related to refuseSupervise on-site contractors as requiredUndertake minor in-room or common area maintenance as directedUse all skills to ensure the property is always safe and well-controlledAlert Management to risk issues as they occurCover the front desk as requestedRotate after hours emergency phone with other caretaker as requiredBenefits:Work for an international Property Developer with plenty of scope for career growthGreat office culture and a mixed teamBroaden your experience working across a large-scale residential siteLocated in a lively, cultural precinct with plenty of bars, cafes, and restaurants for lunch or after-work drinksOnsite car parking providedMybos software usedBased onsite at a large residential complex in South BrisbaneThe Candidate will possess the following to be considered:3+ years' residential Building Management experienceMybos experience idealQLD Real Estate Certificate of Registration or full Agent's Licence requiredStrong communication skills, written and verbal, to communicate with a wide range of stakeholdersAustralian Citizenship or PR and Drivers LicenceAvailability to be on callExperience with new building/ defects and warranty period would be a bonusIf this sounds like you, click Apply to submit your application or call Meghan White on for a confidential chat.All applications will be held in the strictest of confidence.
