Are you a fantastic disability support worker?
Regular shifts, flexibility to work mornings, evenings and weekends $43.67 p/h weekdays after induction, plus salary packaging (pay less tax) About us We're InLife, a not-for-profit disability support provider that specializes in working with people with frequent and complex support needs, including 24/7 assistance.
We build teams around every client, depending on each person's needs and preferences.
We partner with people with any type of disability who want to live independently in the community.
To do a great job, you'll need: Good judgement and common sense, listening skills, a willingness to learn and a commitment to our values.
Experience supporting people with a physical disability including transfers/use of equipment and confidence in hoisting.
Must be a non-smoker.
Must like cats and dogs.
Great patience and a willingness to build rapport with your client.
Enthusiasm and passion for supporting people with disabilities to live great lives.
Commitment to working with a care team approach, including guidance from professionals.
Full driver's licence and willingness to provide transport in your own vehicle sometimes (reimbursement provided).
Willingness to work varied shifts including early mornings, evenings, weekends, short shifts, sleepovers, and active night shifts.
