Your New RoleAs a Sales Operations Specialist, you'll work closely with various departments to support the smooth operation of sales processes and initiatives in Pyrmont.
Your role will involve analysing business trends, managing purchase orders, and contributing to the overall growth and efficiency of the business.
Your Main Duties
Analyse data and sales reports to identify key trends and insights across retail clients and points of saleManage the timely processing and follow-up of purchase orders, ensuring accuracy and efficiencyMaintain and update the internal promotion calendar and manage promotion-related operational expensesHandle retailer product and marketing inquiries with a customer-centric approachSupport the creation and management of client accounts, ensuring accurate and up-to-date recordsAssist in tracking and following up on price promotion claimsBenefits to You

Experience in sales operations, sales support, retail support coordinator, merchandise coordinator, retail coordinator, retail operations or a similar administrative roleExperience in FMCG, cosmetics, retail, or beauty industry is a plusProactive, self-motivated, and able to work autonomouslyNext Steps
