Your Role Will Include :
Sourcing and evaluating properties for subdivision and development Conducting feasibility studies and due diligence to guide strategic decisions Negotiating and submitting purchase offers to property owners and agents Building and nurturing lasting relationships with real estate agents and key stakeholders Designing optimal site layouts to maximize project success Collaborating closely with internal teams to meet shared goals and secure outstanding deals What We're Looking For :
Experience : Minimum 5+ years in real estate and property, with at least 3 years in acquisitions and development management (preferably in Sydney) Passion for Development : Strong drive for success in property development and a deep understanding of market dynamics Financial Acumen : Competent in assessing project feasibility and navigating complex opportunities Strong Communicator : Charismatic, approachable, and skilled at building and maintaining professional relationships Problem Solver : Persistence, positivity, and innovative thinking are your trademarks Ready to Make the Dream of Homeownership a Reality?
